Shipping Policy

We aim to process & dispatch your order within 1-2 working days from receipt of payment.

Your Ollipop order will be shipped by Evri on their STANDARD 2-4 working day tracked service details of which will be emailed to you following dispatch.

Should we experience any delays we will notify you as soon as possible.

We only ship to the U.K & Northern Ireland.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you have a genuine reason to complain about any of our products, please use the email link below and remember to include your order number as well as the detail of your complaint.

In the event that a shipment is damaged in transit, is of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose we will offer a free of charge replacement or full refund subject to the goods being returned to us in its original packaging.

We will not accept claims for any products after 30 days from receipt of delivery.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment only.
